We are pleased to invite you to again enter our annual golf day and enclose for your earliest attention an entry form with sponsorship also invited.

In anticipation of a similar number of entries to previous years we have arranged Tee Off times from 8.30 am at approximately 9 minute intervals and we would therefore request your early return of entry forms to secure a Tee time as near as possible to your preference. We will endeavour to have presentations at around 7.45pm. You will see that, as before, bacon sandwich and coffee will be included along with evening meals. The latter are likely to be served from circa 3.30pm onwards. We will again be offering 5 team prizes including the claret jug “Jack Tighe” trophy and individual prizes. A putting competition will be available and we will be holding our usual raffle.

Players are respectfully reminded that usual dress rules will apply on the course and in the clubhouse.
We have had to increase our entry fee to £150 per team but this will include two,s sweep entry and can confirm that all profits will go to Charity with special reference to our Presidents chosen charity, more details of which will be provided on the day. Any further assistance by way of hole sponsorship, raffle prize or auction item would be gratefully appreciated.
We await your response and look forward to renewing old acquaintances on what should be another memorable day. As previously advised I will be elsewhere but Lion Gill Anderson will be your contact and organiser for the day.

We thank you for your support in previous years and sincerely hope that you will again be able to assist in our fundraising activities by sponsoring a hole, or part thereof, on our annual golf day.

We are seeking the sum of £60 (sixty pounds) for full sponsorship or £30 (thirty pounds) for shared sponsorship for each of the 18 holes to be played. In return for your support we will, as before, provide publicity for you both on the appropriate Tee and in the clubhouse.

A receipted invoice for your company tax purposes will be provided. This could also cover your team entry fee if required and your sponsorship amount could be added to your entry fee cheque and paid to Glanford and Lindsey Lions.
